Selection Decision Clause Samples
The Selection Decision clause defines the process and authority by which a party or group chooses among candidates, proposals, or options in a contractual or procedural context. Typically, this clause outlines who has the final say in the selection, the criteria to be used, and any timelines or procedures that must be followed. For example, it may specify that a committee will review bids and select a vendor based on predetermined factors such as price and experience. Selection Decision. The Provider is responsible for managing the Resident population in the Development and retains the right to make final decisions regarding Resident selection as set out in this Agreement.
