Common use of Resident Representations Clause in Contracts

Resident Representations. By signing this Residency Agreement, You represent that: 1. You meet all the criteria for residency at The Community and performance of Your obligations under this Residency Agreement; 2. You have sufficient assets and income to cover Your Monthly Service Fees and other living expenses after You move in; 3. Your personal physician certifies that You do not have a health condition that would likely cause You to transfer permanently to an ALF or SNF within two (2) years of moving in; and 4. All representations made by You or on Your behalf, with respect to Your acceptance to The Community, are true and correct. The Community may terminate this Residency Agreement if You or Your representative made any material misrepresentation or omission.
