Resident Representations Sample Clauses
Resident Representations. Resident represents and warrants to Owner that all Residents residing in the Residence have assets and income which are sufficient under foreseeable circumstances and after provision for payment of Resident’s obligations under this Agreement, to meet Resident’s ordinary and customary living expenses.
Resident Representations. By executing this Agreement, you represent and warrant that you are capable of independent living, free of communicable disease, and have assets and income which are sufficient under foreseeable circumstances and after provision for payment of your obligations under this Agreement to meet your ordinary and customary living expenses after assuming occupancy, and that all written representations made to us with respect to such matters by you or on your behalf on the Confidential Data Application or otherwise are true.
Resident Representations. By signing this Residency Agreement, You represent that:
1. You meet all the criteria for residency at The Community and performance of Your obligations under this Residency Agreement;
2. You have sufficient assets and income to cover Your Monthly Service Fees and other living expenses after You move in;
3. Your personal physician certifies that You do not have a health condition that would likely cause You to transfer permanently to an ALF or SNF within two (2) years of moving in; and
4. All representations made by You or on Your behalf, with respect to Your acceptance to The Community, are true and correct. The Community may terminate this Residency Agreement if You or Your representative made any material misrepresentation or omission.
Resident Representations. By executing this Agreement you represent and warrant that you are capable of independent living (in accordance with Meadow Ridge's current assessment criteria for living skills which are attached to the disclosure statement as Exhibit I and hereby incorporated by reference) and free of communicable disease and have assets and income which are sufficient under foreseeable circumstances and after provision for payment of your obligations under this Agreement to meet your ordinary and customary living expenses after assuming occupancy, and that all written representations made with respect to such matters by you or on your behalf to us are true. The foregoing representations shall be deemed made as of the date of your execution of this Agreement and as of your date of occupancy of your Apartment.
