Common use of Residence Standards Process Clause in Contracts

Residence Standards Process. When an alleged violation of the residence standards and regulations is brought to the attention of the Residence Life Manager, they are responsible for ensuring that an investigation is conducted. The Residence Life Manager will then decide on the balance of probabilities, taking into account the relevant evidence (including circumstantial evidence), whether a violation has occurred, and if it has, the appropriate sanction. If you are found in violation of a residence standard or regulation outlined in Part 3 of this Contract you may be warned or assigned one or more standards points.
