The Acceptance Standards clause defines the criteria and procedures by which delivered goods, services, or work must be evaluated to determine if they meet contractual requirements. ACCEPTANCE STANDARDS. The Party L shall provide the technical service content stipulated in “Article 9: Scope of Cooperation,” which must include the following functions and modules: Insurance System Technical Services
(1) Mobile Insurance Platform: Individual online insurance participation (including online insurance, post-verification of insured status import/export, and management of payment orders), group online corporate reservations, insurance notifications, and insurance information inquiries.
ACCEPTANCE STANDARDS. Recyclable Containers:
1. Containers must be empty and clean.
2. Glass beverage containers must be intact, excessive broken glass is not acceptable.
3. Must only include the containers listed in Section III. Ceramics, Pyrex, light bulbs, laundry baskets, containers greater than 2.5 gallons, planting pots, Styrofoam, window and auto glass, broken glass, and motor oil jugs are not acceptable. Recyclable Paper:
4. All paper must be clean and dry.
5. Paper should not be placed in plastic bags.
6. No soda or beer holders/cartons, or egg cartons.
7. No waxed paper or waxed cardboard.
8. No paper or cardboard should be bundled in string.
9. Cardboard must be flattened and strings must be removed.
10. Paper must be free of solid waste. Incoming loads that contain an unacceptable level of contamination which includes, but is not limited to, the following: dirt, sand, food waste, toys, appliances, household and commercial trash, asphalt, wood, concrete, snow, water, hazardous waste, and any other non-recyclables may be rejected, as outlined in Section IV (B) of the Municipal Agreement.
ACCEPTANCE STANDARDS. A. The following acceptance standards shall be applied to this Contract. These standards are considered superior to typical industry standards. Any portion of the concrete paving that does not come up to these required acceptance standards shall be removed at the direction of the Landscape Architect. Saw cut pavement at nearest adjacent joint, remove concrete pavement and discard off site in a legal manner and replace with new concrete pavement meeting the requirements of this Section, REINFORCED CONCRETE PAVING.
ACCEPTANCE STANDARDS. Following receipt of each deliverable, including but not limited to any deliverables intended for Alpha Testing or Beta Testing, Ventana shall have the time period for testing as set forth under this Agreement, or if not otherwise set forth herein for any deliverable, a time period of 30 days (the "Verification Period") in which to use commercially reasonable efforts to review, examine and verify such deliverable and notify AccuMed of either: (a) any material failure thereof as determined by Ventana to meet the applicable specifications, or (b) any other rejection for technical reasons by Ventana as determined in its reasonable sole discretion (a "Failure").

ACCEPTANCE STANDARDS. A. Bi-directional Traces. If applicable, bi-directional OTDR traces will be taken. OTDR traces will be taken in both directions at 1550 nm. Loss measurements for each splice point should be measured and recorded in both directions. These loss values should then be averaged.
