RESERVED RIGHTS OF THE PROMOTER. Since the entire Housing Complex is being developed phase-wise and this phase is among the earlier phases, after this phase is completed and handed over, the Promoter shall grant unto the Allottees and residents of the subsequent phases the right of easement over, along and through the pathways, passages roads and corridors lying within or passing through the earlier phases including this project/ phase.
