Common use of Reserve Clause in Contracts

Reserve. For each stock held by the Sector, the quota release program will utilize an initial target trajectory that is not to exceed 90% of the current quota held by the Sector as adjusted by ACE transfers. The remaining 10% is the minimum aggregate total of the RESERVE buffer system.
