RESERVATION OF RIGHTS AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. 5.1 The Disclosing Party reserves all rights in its Confidential Information. No rights in respect of the Disclosing Party's Confidential Information are granted to the Recipient, and no obligations are imposed on the Disclosing Party other than those expressly stated in this Agreement.
