Reservation of Lessor's rights. 2.3.1 It is hereby expressly understood and recorded between the Parties that Mining Rights cannot, and do not, form part of the lease granted to the Lessee under this Lease Deed and the Lessee hereby acknowledges that it does not, and shall not, have any Mining Rights under this Lease Deed or any interest in the underlying minerals, if any.
