Common use of Research Program Term Clause in Contracts

Research Program Term. The Research Program shall commence on the Effective Date and, unless terminated earlier in accordance with Section 11.2.2, shall continue until the earlier of (a) the fourth anniversary of the Effective Date, or such later date as the Parties may agree in writing, and (b) the end of the Term (the “Research Program Term”); provided that, for purposes of clarity, if the Research Program is terminated pursuant to Section 11.2.2, the effective date of such termination shall be the last day of the Research Program Term.
