Research Guidelines. The Sponsoring Institution will comply with any and all federal, state and/or local guidelines that may affect the Sponsored Research. Grantee and Sponsoring Institution must immediately report any instances of non-compliance. Failure to do so may result in the suspension or termination of this Agreement.
