Common use of Requirements of Insurance Clause in Contracts

Requirements of Insurance. All such insurance shall (i) provide that the insurer affording coverage will endeavor to mail 30 days written notice of cancellation of such insurance coverage to the Collateral Agent (in the case of property and liability insurance), (ii) name the Administrative Agent as mortgagee (in the case of property insurance) or additional insured on behalf of the Secured Parties (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case or property insurance), as applicable, and (iii) be reasonably satisfactory in all other respects to the Administrative Agent.
