JOB REQUIREMENTS OF SHORTDURATION. The nature of health case is such that at times it may be necessary for;an employee to perform work not normally required in job for the safety, health or comfort of a client or resident. It is understood that an employee shall not be perform a task for which is not adequately trained. PICKET to cross or work behind a legal picket line shall not constitute cause for discipline or dismissal. An employee who refuses to cross or work behind a legal picket line shall be considered to be absent without pay.

  • Minimum Requirements Consultant shall, at its expense, procure and maintain for the duration of the Agreement insurance against claims for injuries to persons or damages to property which may arise from or in connection with the performance of the Agreement by the Consultant, its agents, representatives, employees or subconsultants. Consultant shall also require all of its subconsultants to procure and maintain the same insurance for the duration of the Agreement. Such insurance shall meet at least the following minimum levels of coverage:

  • W-9 Requirement Alongside a signed copy of this Agreement, Grantee will provide Florida Housing with a properly completed Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) Form W-9. The purpose of the W-9 form is to document the SS# or FEIN# per the IRS. Note: W-9s submitted for any other entity name other than the Grantee’s will not be accepted.
