Common use of Requirements for All Alterations Clause in Contracts

Requirements for All Alterations. In addition to, and not in lieu of, conditions imposed by the Port pursuant to Section 6.1 and Section 8, any alterations or improvements permitted by the Port shall be performed: (i) in a good and workmanlike manner; (ii) in compliance with all Legal Requirements; and (iii) in a manner which will not unreasonably interfere with or disturb other tenants of the Port. In addition, prior to commencement of any Alterations, Lessee shall furnish to the Port proof of insurance for any and all contractors working on behalf of Lessee in the minimum form and limits as set forth in Sections 10.2.1.1 and 10.2.1.2. Any Alterations shall immediately become the property of the Port without any obligation on its part to pay therefor, and shall not be removed by Xxxxxx unless directed to do so in connection with any consent issued under Section 6.1 and Section 8, or pursuant to SECTION 16.

In addition, prior to commencement of any Alterations, Lessee shall furnish to the Port proof of insurance for any and all contractors working on behalf of Lessee in the minimum form and limits as set forth in Sections 10.2.1.1 and 10.2.1.2Section 14.2.1.1. Any Alterations shall immediately become the property of the Port without any obligation on its part to pay therefor, and shall not be removed by Xxxxxx Lessee unless directed to do so in connection with any consent issued under Section 6.1 and Section 8, 9.1 or pursuant to SECTION 1621.
