Common use of Requirement of Prior Approval Clause in Contracts

Requirement of Prior Approval. With prior approval of the Board Chair and subject to the confirmation of the Board, Xx. Xxxxxx may serve on the board of directors of for- profit or non-profit corporations. Any and all income earned by Xx. Xxxxxx in connection with her service on such board of directors shall be paid to and retained by her, and such income or other compensation shall have no effect on the amount of salary, compensation and benefits she is otherwise entitled to receive hereunder.
