Common use of Required Revision Clause in Contracts

Required Revision. Notwithstanding any other provision in the Agreement, if a revision to the Policies, Terms and/or DSG is required, in the reasonable judgment of MX, to be made for the continued technological functioning of the HIE or for compliance with Law, MX may unilaterally implement that revision and may shorten any requirement for prior notice set forth in the Agreement to that time period which MX reasonably determines appropriate under the circumstances.
