Required Observations. a. Types: 1. Formal observations will be 30 minutes or more, Informal 11-29 minutes, and Walk-Through observations between 3-10 minutes. 2. If a non-classroom educator does not work with students/adults for instruction, meetings may be held to discuss/monitor performance.
