Common use of Required Information and Documentation Clause in Contracts

Required Information and Documentation. A Claim submitted shall contain a detailed narrative of the Claim together with detailed estimates and/or calculations regarding costs and/or time, and all supporting information and documentation to prove the basis and entitlement to the relief sought by the Party submitting the Claim. Any information and/or documentation not submitted by the time of the Initial Mandatory Meeting and Negotiations is held shall not be permitted to be used in any subsequent step of this mandatory and exclusive dispute resolution process, including at Arbitration, as both parties acknowledge that one Party withholding such information and/or documentation will cause the other Party irreparable prejudice.
