Common use of Required Final Completion Date Clause in Contracts

Required Final Completion Date. Contractor shall achieve Final Completion of the Work no later than forty-five (45) Days after achieving Substantial Completion (“Required Final Completion Date”), as may be adjusted pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. The Required Final Completion Date shall only be adjusted by Change Order as provided under this Agreement.
