The Required Final Completion Date clause establishes the specific deadline by which a project or contractual work must be fully completed. Required Final Completion Date. Contractor shall achieve Final Completion no later than *** after achievement of Substantial Completion of the facility (“Required Final Completion Date”); provided however, the requirements set out in clauses (ii), (iv) and (vii) of the definition of Final Completion in Section 1.1 shall be completed by Contractor *** after achievement of Substantial Completion of the facility. The Required Final Completion Date shall only be adjusted by Change Order as provided under this Agreement.
