Required Evaluation. 1. All employees except leave replacement and retire/rehire shall be evaluated annually. 2. Leave replacements and retire/rehire employees may be evaluated. 3. Leave replacement and retire/rehire employees are exempt from Article VI, 6.1.2, B, 2. 4. All evaluations shall be completed prior to June 1 of each year.
