Common use of Required Contract Provisions Clause in Contracts

Required Contract Provisions. The Borrower/Grantee shall require the following provisions in any contract or subcontract executed in connection with the Project to which the Borrower/Grantee is a party: (a) There shall be no discrimination against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, creed, sex, religion, sexual preference, ancestry or national origin; and (b) Any contractor or subcontractor providing construction services in connection with the Project shall post a performance and payment bond in accordance with the requirements of ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, § 13-4-18, as amended. (c) Any contractor or subcontractor providing construction services in connection with the Project shall comply with the prevailing wage laws in accordance with the requirements of ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, § 13-4-11, as amended.
