Required Contract Completion Sample Clauses

Required Contract Completion. Time is of the essence in the completion of this Contract. The Work shall be completed in its entirety and made ready for service within ninety (90) calendar days following the Date of Commencement established in the Notice to Proceed (“Contract Time”). By executing the Contract, Contractor confirms that the Contract Time is a reasonable period for performing the Work.
