Required Annual Reporting. Progress and royalty reports required under Article 8 may be delivered electronically with a copy to ▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇.▇▇▇ and shall be considered received upon confirmation of receipt by Licensor. If no confirmation of receipt is received within five (5) business days, Licensee agrees to forward a written report via to the address for notices below.
