Master Control. Master control operators and related employees of Nexstar may carry out master control functions for Mission’s Stations subject to the direction and control of Mission’s management personnel.

Master Control. A. Twice a year (January 1 and July 1), the Office of the Sheriff shall conduct a sign-up for duty shifts and days off by job classification for the Master Control Employees in the Corrections Division. Shift sign-up shall be posted thirty (30) days prior to its taking effect.
Master Control. Master control operators and related employees of Nexstar may carry out master control functions for WUTR subject to the direction and control of Mission.
Master Control. Network origination will be performed from two master control rooms. Each room will have a one-channel capability. In addition, one of the two rooms (or an alternate area) will have an additional one-channel capability. Each of two master control rooms will access a large capacity automated playback system, additional VTRs, DVE, title generator, still store and audio DigiCart sources. Each room will also produce a 525/NTSC feed utilizing standards conversion. The master control rooms will include a production switcher. The switcher will have the following features: program/preset switching; key, dissolve, fade and other effects; audio-follow-video and audio breakaway; local picture and sound monitor; and bypass switcher protection. Sources and source equipment provided to each master control room will include the following: each of two LMS channels; additional VTRs controllable via remote machine control panels; digital video effects device with input selection; still store device with remote control; title generator controlled from a local keyboard; routing switcher sources selectable from an X-Y panel; and a DigiCart system for audio playback.
Master Control. The Master Control Room will need to be modified to provide appropriate space and effective observation of the new perimeter detection, deterrent and surveillance systems for the upgraded security perimeter. Shift Commander No modifications to the existing CSP Shift Commander Suite are anticipated. Tactical Room No modifications to the existing CSP ERT/SORT Center are anticipated. Armory and Lock Control No modifications to the existing CSP Non-Lethal Armory and Lock Control are anticipated. Housing Control Rooms Controls in the Housing Control Rooms have many interlocks such that certain doors cannot be opened simultaneously (i.e., no two cell door can be opened at the same time, or a cell door and a shower door cannot be opened at the same time, etc.). This was done to assure no two offenders could inadvertently be released at the same time into the dayroom. With the introduction of new, less restrictive housing classifications, many of these controls are no longer needed. The CSP staff is in the process of re-programming the security controls to remove the appropriate interlocks where offenders will be less restricted in their movements. This work should be accomplished prior to the start of this project, but if not, would need to be incorporated into it. Intake/Administration and Orientation (A&O)/Release No modifications to the existing CSP Intake/A&O/Release area are anticipated.

Master Control. Master control operators and related employees of Nexstar may carry out master control functions for WBAK subject to the direction and control of Mission and during the Interim Period, Bahakel.
Master Control. Master control operators and related employees of Nexstar may carry out master control functions for KTVE-TV subject to the direction and control of Mission’s management personnel.
Master Control. AV shall provide Customer with a master control that is manned and operated 24 hours a day 365 days per year. AV will provide Customer with a fully automated master control system that will utilize an Alamar automation system linked to one 3/4" machine, two 1" machines, two Beta SP machines and two digital Beta machines and a computer controlled server system capable of handling all of Customer's commercial and short program requirements. In addition, the room will be equipped with a character generator with sizable anti-aliased fonts, a switcher with simple digital effects, and linear keying capabilities. Master control will have stereo output on two channels with output to Customer's third audio subcarrier. Master control also will have equipment with the ability to insert silent cue tones for Customer's affiliates use of local avails. Master control will be protected from power loss by UPS and generator. The master control equipment will receive regular maintenance as specified by the manufacturers; however, AV shall not be responsible for maintenance of any customer owned equipment used in conjunction with the master control system. In the event of malfunction of an individual machine, the system shall remain operational by the utilization of other machines. In the event of malfunction of the automation system, the Master Control shall continue to operate manually. In the event of Catastrophic Failure, the disaster recovery plan procedures appended as Schedule 2 will be put into effect.
