Requests for Services. The Contractor will respond within time frames committed to in the Appendix D included with this CSA. All records destruction services will be carried out between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm local time Monday to Friday, unless otherwise agreed to by the Purchaser and the Contractor. If scheduled service day falls on a holiday, services will be scheduled on next business day. All Services will be performed within Canada.
