Common use of Requesting Assignment Clause in Contracts

Requesting Assignment. A VAP or NTP faculty member shall notify the appropriate Center Director or designee of the employee’s interest in a particular assignment of a course or courses for the same semester in the next academic year on or before the last day of class in the semester. This Section 7.3(B) also applies to an employee who was designated as a “half-time” faculty member prior to May 15, 2018.
