Requested Services. Requested Services are the following: (a) Review of cost estimates for proposed legislation. At the request of the Commission, the Actuary must review, replicate, or independently prepare an actuarial cost estimate for proposed legislation being considered by the Commission. The Actuary must prepare a written report of the actuarial cost estimate and deliver the report to the Commission by an agreed-upon due date.
