Request for Quotes. Customers purchasing Cloud Solutions from this Participating Addendum shall create a Request for Quote (RFQ), each time they desire to purchase Cloud Solutions. The Customer shall issue a detailed RFQ to the ACS Contractor(s) who offer(s) the applicable cloud solution(s). The specific format of the RFQ is left to the discretion of the Customer, but must contain the following: 1) Applicable service and deployment model(s); 2) Data security classification; 3) Service level agreement requirements; and 4) Exit strategy considerations.
