Common use of Request for Demand Registration Clause in Contracts

Request for Demand Registration. (a) Subject to the terms of the Management Agreement, following the effective date of this Agreement, any one or more Holders shall have the right to make a written request from time to time (a “Demand Registration Request”) to the Company for Registration of all or part of the Registrable Securities held by such Holders. Any such Registration pursuant to a Demand Registration Request shall hereinafter be referred to as a “Demand Registration.”
