Common use of Represented Individuals Clause in Contracts

Represented Individuals. Excluding students, individuals in temporary appointments who work between three hundred fifty (350) hours and one thousand fifty (1,050) hours in a twelve (12) consecutive month period from the original date of hire who are members of the bargaining unit represented by the Union, are governed by the specific terms of this Article. Once the employee works at least three hundred fifty (350) hours the employee remains a represented individual until the end of the first twelve (12) month period in which the employee does not work at least three hundred fifty (350) hours in a twelve

Represented Individuals. Excluding students, individuals in temporary hourly appointments who work between have worked more than three hundred fifty (350) hours and one thousand fifty (1,050) hours in a twelve (12) consecutive month period from the original date of hire who hire, are members of the bargaining unit units identified in Appendix A represented by the Union, and are governed by the specific terms of this Article. Once the employee works at least three hundred fifty (350) hours the employee remains a represented individual until the end of the first twelve (12) twelve-month period in which the employee does not work at least three hundred or one thousand fifty hours (3501,050) hours in a twelvewhichever comes first.
