Representative Rights. ‌ 4-l Dues Deduction 4-1-1 The Board agrees, subject to the provisions of 4-1-1.1 through 4-1-1.3, to deduct from the salary of each employee an amount of money equal to an Association member’s dues in the Association, the National Education Association, and the Colorado Education Association (collectively referred to hereafter as “Association representation fees or dues”), as those dues amounts are certified by the Association. The Board agrees to transmit all such monies so deducted to the Association on a regular monthly basis with a list of all members and the amount deducted from their pay.
