Representative Rights. The Federation shall have the right at any time to have the assistance of representatives of the Ontario Secondary School Teachers Federation when dealing with the Employer. Such representatives shall have access to the Employer’s premises in order to investigate and assist in the settlement of a grievance.
Representative Rights. Upon request of a unit member, the Association shall be entitled to represent such persons in matters involving discipline or discharge of the unit member, and to accompany such person to review the member's personnel file.

At any administrative inquiry, hearing or investigation conducted by NAV CANADA into an operating irregularity, where the actions of an Air Traffic Controller may have had a bearing on the events or circumstances leading thereto, and the Controller is required to appear at the administrative inquiry, hearing or investigation being conducted into such irregularity, he or she may be accompanied by a Union representative of his or her choice. The unavailability of the Union Representative of choice will not delay the inquiry, hearing or investigation more than forty eight

Representative Rights a) If a member of Local No. 615 with at least two (2) years of service is elected to a full-time Union position with the Union or International, the member shall be granted a leave of absence without pay for a maximum of two (2) years. This period shall be extended upon application to the Director, Human Resources, provided the member still holds said Union position. During the period, the member shall retain full seniority rights and rates of pay.
Representative Rights. 4-l Dues Deduction 4-1-1 The Board agrees, subject to the provisions of 4-1-1.1 through 4-1-1.3, to deduct from the salary of each employee an amount of money equal to an Association member’s dues in the Association, the National Education Association, and the Colorado Education Association (collectively referred to hereafter as “Association representation fees or dues”), as those dues amounts are certified by the Association. The Board agrees to transmit all such monies so deducted to the Association on a regular monthly basis with a list of all members and the amount deducted from their pay.
Representative Rights. Employees shall have the right to be represented by the Union, to negotiate collectively w ith the Employer in the determination of their wages, hours, and terms and conditions of employment and the administration of grievance.

Whenever an administrator schedules a meeting with a teacher, that teacher has the right to bring a building representative, Association Officer if a building representative is not otherwise identified, or UniServ representative assigned to the bargaining unit to that meeting, without an adverse inference reflected upon the bargaining unit member.
