The representations, warranties, and agreements of the Cooperative and of the Investor contained in this Agreement will remain in full force and effect and will survive the payment of the purchase price of the Note, the registration of the Investor as a holder of a Note in the records of the Cooperative, and the delivery of the Note to Investor.
