REPRESENTATIONS OF THE STOCKHOLDERS REGARDING THE ACQUIRED COMPANIES. The Stockholders, severally and not jointly, represent and warrant to the Buyer that, except as set forth in the applicable section of the Disclosure Schedule, the statements contained in this Article III are true and correct as of the date hereof. The Disclosure Schedule shall be arranged in sections and subsections corresponding to the numbered and lettered sections and subsections contained in this Article III. The disclosures in any section or subsection of the Disclosure Schedule shall qualify only the corresponding section or subsection of this Article III, provided that disclosure of an item in any section or subsection of the Disclosure Schedule shall also be deemed to be disclosed with respect to any other section or subsection in this Agreement to which the relevance of such item is clear based on the plain language of such disclosure.
