Representations and Warranties of Target and Principal Shareholders. Target and, in the instance of certain representations made in Section 3.10(u), the Principal Shareholders, represent and warrant to Acquiror, Merger Sub I and Merger Sub II that the statements contained in this Section 3 are true and correct, except as specifically disclosed in a document of even date herewith and delivered by Target to Acquiror on the date hereof referring to the representations and warranties in this Agreement attached hereto as Schedule B (the “Target Disclosure Schedule”).
