Representations and Warranties Cumulative. Each warranty, representation and agreement contained in this Agreement shall be true and correct at the time of execution of this Agreement by Pledgor and shall constitute continuing representations and warranties as long as any of the Obligations remain unpaid or unperformed, and shall be conclusively presumed to have been relied on by Bank regardless of any investigation made or information possessed by Bank. The warranties, representations and agreements set forth herein shall be cumulative and in addition to any and all other warranties, representations and agreements which Pledgor shall give, or cause to be given, to Bank, either now or hereafter.

Such representations and warranties shall be conclusively presumed to have been relied on by Bank regardless of any investigation made or information possessed by Bank.
