Representation Fee. A. Implementation of Representation Fee All employees who are covered by this Agreement but who are not members of the Union shall (as a condition of employment) pay to the Union each month their fair share of the cost of services rendered by the Union that are chargeable as a representation fee. The determination of the fee, collection, escrow, disputes, and other procedures relating to the representation fee shall be governed exclusively by the terms and conditions that are described in Article 2, Section 2.15 of this Agreement and in Addendum IV of this Agreement.
