Common use of Reports to the Property Trustee Clause in Contracts

Reports to the Property Trustee. The Depositor and the Administrators on behalf of the Issuer Trust shall provide to the Property Trustee such documents, reports and information as required or specified by Section 314 of the Trust Indenture Act (if any and to the extent applicable) and the compliance certificate required or specified by Section 314(a) of the Trust Indenture Act in the form, in the manner and at the times set forth in Section 314 of the Trust Indenture Act. The Depositor and the Administrators shall annually file with the Property Trustee a certificate specifying whether such Person is in compliance with all the terms and covenants applicable to such Person hereunder.

Reports to the Property Trustee. The Each of the Depositor and the Administrators Administrative Trustees on behalf of the Issuer Trust shall provide to the Property Trustee such documents, reports and information as required or specified by Section 314 of the Trust Indenture Act (if any and to the extent applicableany) and the compliance certificate required or specified by Section 314(a) of the Trust Indenture Act in the form, in the manner and at the times set forth in required by Section 314 of the Trust Indenture Act. The Depositor and the Administrators Administrative Trustees on behalf of the Issuer Trust shall annually file with the Property Trustee a certificate specifying whether such Person is in compliance with all of the terms and covenants applicable to such Person hereunder.

The Depositor and the Administrators shall annually file with the Property Trustee a certificate specifying whether such Person is in compliance with all the terms and covenants applicable to such Person hereunder.
