Common use of Reports to the Property Trustee Clause in Contracts

Reports to the Property Trustee. The Depositor and the Administrative Trustees on behalf of the Trust shall provide to the Property Trustee such documents, reports and information as required by Section 314 of the Trust Indenture Act (if any) and, within 120 days after the end of each fiscal year of the Depositor, the compliance certificate required by Section 314(a)(4) of the Trust Indenture Act in the form and in the manner required by Section 314 of the Trust Indenture Act.

Reports to the Property Trustee. The Depositor and the Administrative Trustees on behalf of the Trust shall provide to the Property Trustee Trustee, any securities exchange upon which the Trust Securities may be listed and the Commission such documents, reports and information as required by Section 314 of the Trust Indenture Act (if any) and, within 120 days after the end of each fiscal year of the Depositor, the compliance certificate required by Section 314(a)(4) of the Trust Indenture Act in the form and in the manner required by Section 314 of the Trust Indenture Act.
