Reports to Fund by Independent Public Accountants. Wachovia shall provide the Fund, at such times as the Fund may reasonably require, with reports from Wachovia’s independent public accountants on the accounting system, internal accounting controls and procedures for safeguarding Securities, futures contracts and options on futures contracts, including Securities deposited and/or maintained in a Depository, relating to the services Wachovia provides under this Agreement. These reports shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail as the Fund may reasonably require to provide reasonable assurance that the examination would disclose any material inadequacies and, if there are no material inadequacies, the reports shall so state.
