Receptionist. Job duties include but are not limited to: • Answering telephones and directing callers to appropriate individuals or teams. • Greeting and directs visitors to the organization. • Taking and retrieving messages for various personnel. • Providing callers with information, as appropriate. • Receiving, sorting and forwarding incoming mail. • Maintaining and routing publications. • Coordinating the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.). • Assisting in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies. • May also assist with other related clerical duties such as expense reporting, scheduling meetings and travel, photocopying, faxing, filing and collating. Receptionist. Position concept - Answers the "must answer" line in the Call Management Center while controlling entry to the branch office and receiving visitors. Responsibilities . Greets, ascertains pertinent information, and registers visitors. Helps identify, locate and contact persons to be visited. Gives internal and external directions. Ensures that no one is detained in the reception area beyond a reasonable length of time. . Answers the "must answer" line in the Call Management Center. Pages person to be contacted when appropriate or navigates the call to the requested function. Ensures callers are greeted professionally, given the proper information and not left on hold longer than the IBM standard. . Collects and distributes mail from/to the CMC personnel. . Ensures only authorized persons are permitted into the facility and ensures escorts are provided when necessary. Reports security concerns to appropriate Contractor/IBM management. . Handles special situations such as outside solicitations, providing information about employees, etc., in accordance with company policies and practices. . Demonstrate courtesy, tact and discretion in communications, so as to present a favorable company and site image. . As required, initiates and maintains appropriate files and reports. . Perform other administrative tasks such as typing, filing, scheduling conference rooms, conference rooms, ordering supplies, updating the organizational chart and updating calendars. . Back-up branch secretary when required. . Work requests will be received from IBM personnel . Perform other duties as assigned.
Receptionist o Fixed charge of $1,700 per month, until such time as SeraNova has employed its own receptionist. Human Resources: ---------------- o Fixed charge of $3,500 per month, adjustable upon mutual agreement to reflect changes in underlying employee mix; o Administrative support related to 401(k) Plans, applicable medical benefit plans, employee manual; o Employee orientation and hiring support will be invoiced at a rate of $100 per new "in-house" employee hired (covers such incidentals as key cards, name plates, etc. Billing Support: ---------------- o Provision of services and corresponding charges to be discontinued April 1, 2000. Other Support and Administrative Costs: --------------------------------------- The above assumes that certain external costs will be directly invoiced to SeraNova. In the event that any such costs, directly attributable to SeraNova, are invoiced by a third party to Intelligroup, these will be recoverable by Intelligroup upon presentment of such costs to SeraNova in the form of an invoice or other written request for payment (which will detail the costs and purposes for such costs). Certain other costs may be incurred by Intelligroup on behalf of both parties, which may include but are not be limited to (i) cost of general liability, property and casualty, and other business insurance coverages (prior to SeraNova becoming a publicly held entity); and (ii) costs of outside retained recruiting firms. Intelligroup may recover a proportionate share of such costs from SeraNova upon presentment to SeraNova in the form of an invoice or other written request for payment (which will detail the costs and purposes for such costs). Such proportion will be determined by mutual agreement of the parties.
