Reports of Child Abuse or Neglect to CP&P. Any person having reasonable cause to believe that a student has been subjected to child abuse or neglect must immediately report the matter to CP&P by telephone or otherwise, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 9:6-8.10 and N.J.A.C. 6A:16-11.1(a)2. The CP&P Child Abuse Hotline is to be contacted at 1-877-NJABUSE.
