REPORTS, AUDITS AND PERFORMANCE TESTS. Section 13.1 GENERAL (a) Upon request of the Issuing Authority, the Licensee shall promptly submit to the Town any information which may be reasonably required to establish the Licensee's compliance with its obligations pursuant to the Final License. (b) If the Licensee believes that the documentation requested by the Issuing Authority involves proprietary information, then the Licensee shall submit the information to its counsel, who shall confer with the Town Counsel for a determination of the validity of the Licensee's claim of a proprietary interest. In the event of a disagreement, the parties shall submit the matter to the appropriate appellate entity.
