REPORTS, AUDITS AND PERFORMANCE TESTS. Section 14.1 GENERAL (a) Upon the written request of the Issuing Authority, the Licensee shall promptly submit to the Town any information regarding the Licensee, its business and operations, with respect to the Cable System in the Town, any Service, pertaining to the subject matter of this Renewal License which may be reasonably required to establish the Licensee's compliance with its obligations pursuant to this Renewal License.
