REPORTS AND/OR OTHER DOCUMENTS. 1. The reports and/or other documents that are prepared, reproduced, maintained and/or managed by the CONSULTANT or CONSULTANT’s consultants in accordance with this AGREEMENT, shall be and remain the property of the DISTRICT (hereinafter the “PROPERTY”). The District may provide the CONSULTANT with a written request for the return of its property at any time. Upon CONSULTANT’s receipt of the DISTRICT’s written request, CONSULTANT shall return the requested property to the DISTRICT within seven (7) calendar days. Failure to comply with the requirements of this ARTICLE shall be deemed a material breach of this AGREEMENT.
