Reporting Protocol. Without limiting any provisions of this MOU respecting information exchange, the ONTC shall at all times adhere to the Reporting Protocol. The Reporting Protocol may be amended by the Ministry from time to time in the Ministry’s sole discretion.

4.1 Evaluation and Payment Criteria
Reporting Protocol. D.3.5.1 Elexicon shall promptly report to the Generator any changes in Elexicon Facilities and Equipment that could materially affect the connection service provided to the Generator.
D.3.5.2 The Generator shall promptly report to Elexicon any changes in its Generator’s Equipment that could materially affect the performance of Elexicon’s distribution system.
D.3.5.3 The Generator shall provide prompt notice to Elexicon in accordance with Sections 14 & 15 of the Main Body of this Agreement before connecting or disconnecting the Generator Equipment from Elexicon’s distribution system.
D.3.5.4 Upon Elexicon’s request, the Generator shall promptly report to Elexicon any and all incidents involving the automatic operation of the Generator’s protective relaying that could affect Elexicon Facilities and Equipment and/or potentially result in personal injury (including death).
D.3.5.5 Upon the Generator’s request, Elexicon shall promptly report to the Generator any and all incidents involving the automatic operation of Elexicon’s protective relaying that could affect Generator Equipment and potentially result in personal injury (including death).
Reporting Protocol i. Multnomah County will make contact information for the general public to request support and services available before the center opens.
ii. When a call or request for support is received, officers will be dispatched to the scene to provide the necessary support or services.

Reporting Protocol. A. Any suspicion or allegation of abuse and/or neglect of a child by a staff member or any individuals shall be confidentially reported to Cherry Log Christian Church, Disciples of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ child protection designee immediately. Do not treat any suspicion or accusation as frivolous.
B. The decisions regarding further assessment of any danger, seeking consultation, notification of parents/ custody holders, and any further necessary services will be based on the decision of Cherry Log Christian Church, Disciples of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Child Protection designee following consultation with the Senior minister.
