Reporting Hours. The minimum hours per week of for this space is 30 hours with at least three people in the office during 50% of reported hour
Reporting Hours. All employees shall report and record all hours worked and all approved and authorized absences, as well as all authorized or approved overtime or compensatory time during or outside the standard workweek, in the Department’s electronic time and attendance system. The Department’s time and attendance system is not merely for reporting and recording of flexible work schedules, but is required for all work schedules as they relate to pay administration.
Reporting Hours. For the purpose of reporting hours worked for Employment Insurance, the employer shall record each full work day as eight (8) hours worked.
Reporting Hours. In order to be paid for the work you do as a student employee, you need to track your hours and are required to report all hours worked on a daily basis, through a written timesheet. Your supervisor must review and approve all hours reported. Falsification of reporting hours on a timesheet is a violation of policy and is grounds for immediate termination. Student employment wages are subject to applicable federal and state income taxes. Student wages are exempt from Social Security, Medicare, and State Disability Insurance tax (FICA) during academic terms. During academic breaks lasting longer than five weeks (summer break), student employees must pay the employee portion of the FICA taxes. Any student employee registered less than full time at the College may be subject to Social Security and Medicare tax withholdings.
Reporting Hours. Employees will continue to report work hours in a manner consistent with their assigned work schedule and follow existing City policies and procedures and the provisions agreed to in the respective Memorandum of Understanding (MOU); pay will be provided consistent with these as well as state and federal law. All time teleworked will be reported on the employee’s timecard using the appropriate payroll notation for telework.
