Reporting Documentation. All documentation relating to complaints and appeals will be kept strictly confidential and will not be accessible to anyone who is not directly involved in handling the situation. Any material about the outcome of the complaint and appeal will be placed on the appropriate client/student and/or personnel file and will only be accessible to the authorised staff of ▇▇▇▇▇ Group and the individual concerned. All outcomes and recommendations will be provided to the client/student in writing within 14 days of being made.
