Reporting Child Abuse Or Neglect. Bargaining Unit employees who know or have reasonable cause to suspect that a child has been subjected to abuse or neglect, shall immediately report the suspected abuse or neglect to their Principal or Supervisor. If neither of these persons is immediately available, the employee shall make the report directly to the Children’s Division of the Missouri Department of Social Services hotline, pursuant to State law.
